Galway University Hospitals is recruiting a Senior Clinical Engineering Technician (Grade 3162) to join its Medical Physics and Clinical Engineering Department. This is a permanent, wholetime post open to all applicants — HSE and non-HSE — and represents an excellent opportunity to take a senior technical role in a major acute hospital setting in the West of Ireland.

About the Role

Working within the Medical Physics and Clinical Engineering Department, the postholder will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical management of medical devices, with a particular emphasis on demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, electronic, IT, and software-related issues.
