Job Overview
This Community Healthcare Network Manager role within the HSE Mid West offers a senior leadership opportunity to shape and manage integrated primary and community care services across Limerick, Clare, and North Tipperary. You will play a key role in delivering person-centred, accessible healthcare aligned with national Sláintecare objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, manage, and coordinate Community Healthcare Networks within the Mid West region
• Oversee service planning, delivery, and performance management across multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure high standards of patient safety, quality, and governance
• Manage budgets, workforce planning, and resource allocation
• Drive service integration between primary care, community services, and acute settings
• Support change management and service improvement initiatives
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including service users and partner agencies
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Relevant professional qualification in health or social care, management, or related discipline
• Significant senior management experience within healthcare or community services
• Demonstrated leadership and people management capability
• Strong knowledge of Irish health policy, primary care, and community services
• Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
• Salary: In line with HSE Consolidated Salary Scales for Grade 6011 (August 2025 rates apply)
• Working Hours: Part-time or Wholetime options available (depending on contract)
