The Health Service Executive (HSE) is recruiting a Catering Assistant for Wexford General Hospital. This permanent wholetime position supports high-quality food service delivery within a busy healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities
• Assist with the preparation, portioning, and serving of meals.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in all catering areas.

• Ensure compliance with HSE food safety, infection control, and health and safety guidelines.

• Recent experience (within the past five years) working in catering, hospitality, or healthcare environments serving large numbers.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability, flexibility, and attention to detail.
