The Health Service Executive (HSE) is seeking a Children’s Disability Network Manager to lead services across Integrated Health Areas in Dublin North County and Dublin North City & West. This permanent, whole-time position is based at Summerhill Primary Care Centre, Dublin 1. The successful candidate will oversee high-quality disability services for children and families within the region.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the delivery of Children’s Disability Network services in line with HSE standards.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams, ensuring coordinated, child-centred care.
• Implement service improvements to enhance outcomes for children and families.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and governance frameworks.
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across community services.
• Support workforce planning, resource allocation, and performance management.
• Contribute to strategic planning within the Integrated Health Areas.
• Promote best practice, quality improvement, and evidence-based service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Relevant professional qualification in health, social care, or a related field.
• Proven leadership and management experience within disability, paediatric, or community services.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills.
• Strong understanding of disability policy, children’s services, and multidisciplinary working.
• Ability to manage teams in a dynamic and complex healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of HSE structures, processes, and governance is an advantage.

• Permanent, whole-time contract (full-time).
