Key Responsibilities

• Promote effective communication within the multidisciplinary team
• Participate in audit, quality improvement, and service development initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Registration as a Nurse on the live register of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
• Minimum post-registration experience as required by HSE criteria
• Demonstrated leadership and clinical management experience
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to support staff performance, development, and change management
• Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
• Salary: €56,642 – €66,705 per annum (Clinical Nurse Manager 1 scale, effective 1 August 2025)
• Hours: Full-time, permanent
