The Health Service Executive (HSE) is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager 2 for Traveller Health within Social Inclusion, Primary Care Services across Galway, Mayo and Roscommon. Key Responsibilities
• Lead Traveller Health nursing services within Primary Care.
• Coordinate and deliver health initiatives for marginalised population groups.
• Support universal child health and paediatric services in community and hospital settings.
• Provide clinical leadership and ensure best-practice standards.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across the region.
• Contribute to service planning, quality improvement, and population health outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Registered Nurse with active NMBI registration.
• Demonstrated depth and breadth of experience in universal child health or paediatric nursing services.
• Proven experience working with marginalised or vulnerable population groups.
• Leadership or management experience within nursing teams.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to culturally appropriate and inclusive healthcare.
