This Community Healthcare Network Manager role at Markievicz House, Sligo offers a key leadership opportunity within the HSE West and North West region. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage community healthcare network operations across Sligo/Leitrim
• Oversee staff performance, workforce planning, and resource allocation
• Manage operational budgets and ensure compliance with HSE governance standards
• Implement service improvements and organisational change initiatives
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Support integrated care pathways across primary and community services
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred patient and client care

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Significant experience in operational health service management
• Demonstrated ability to manage staff, budgets, and multiple service areas
• Proven experience working collaboratively with diverse clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
• Strong change management and service improvement skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities

Salary, Benefits & Working Hours

• Salary aligned with Community Healthcare Network Manager (Grade 6011) under the HSE Consolidated Salary Scales
• Employment options include:
