bonkers.ie, Ireland’s leading comparison and switching website, is seeking a Financial Services Administrator to support its expanding Financial Services division. This is a full-time, permanent role based in County Dublin. You’ll provide administrative support to mortgage and protection advisers while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end administration of mortgage and life insurance applications
• Liaise with clients, lenders, insurers, and solicitors to collect required documents
• Accurately input and update client data in CRM and provider systems
• Track application progress and follow up on outstanding requirements
• Support advisers with appointment preparation and client communication
• Maintain compliance with GDPR and internal processes
• Keep accurate pipeline and sales records
• Assist in meeting service-level agreements (SLAs) and improving admin processes

Required Skills & Qualifications
• APA qualified or currently working towards the qualification
• Minimum 1 year’s experience in financial services administration
• Experience in a brokerage setting is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team
• Target-driven, organised, and reliable

Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
• Salary: €32,000 (negotiable)
• Defined contribution pension scheme (up to 5% employer contribution)
