Key Responsibilities
• Provide proactive, high-quality administrative support to the General Services Manager
• Manage diaries, schedules, correspondence, and communications
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track actions
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with governance requirements
• Support service priorities, projects, and operational initiatives
• Act as a key liaison with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Ensure timely follow-up of actions and support effective decision-making
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience in a senior administrative or PA role
• Strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
• Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• Experience working in a healthcare or public sector environment (desirable)
• Ability to work independently and prioritise in a fast-paced setting
