Brothers of Charity Services Ireland is seeking an experienced Internal Trainer & Facilitator specialising in Person Centred Planning. This permanent, full-time position is based in Ennis, County Clare, within the HSE Mid West region. The role supports staff development and best practices in person-centred service delivery across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, deliver, and evaluate training programmes in Person Centred Planning.
• Facilitate workshops and reflective learning sessions for teams and individuals.
• Support service areas in implementing and embedding person-centred practices.
• Collaborate with management and HR to identify training needs.
• Maintain accurate training records and support continuous improvement.
• Contribute to organisational development and compliance with HSE frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Relevant qualification in Training, Education, Social Care, or related discipline.
• Experience in adult training and facilitation, ideally within health or social care.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of disability services and HSE/Section 38 governance desirable.
• Excellent organisational and IT skills.
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
• Grade VI (0574) salary scale as per HSE Consolidated Pay Scales (effective 1 August 2025): €57,515 – €68,955 per annum.
