Key Responsibilities
• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and act as their trusted deputy
• Lead, motivate, and inspire the store team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Maintain high store standards, ensuring an engaging and well-presented shopping environment
• Drive store performance by achieving key targets, KPIs, and operational goals
• Coach and develop team members to enhance performance and career progression
• Ensure the implementation of company policies, procedures, and best practices
• Oversee merchandising, stock management, and visual presentation
• Promote a positive, collaborative work culture across the store
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail management (preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for customer service and team development
• Ability to manage store operations in a fast-paced retail environment
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
• High level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
• Salary: €36,000–€38,000 per year
