Job Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for a Staff Grade Physiotherapist to join the Physiotherapy team at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, County Louth. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centred physiotherapy services in line with best practice standards. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting patient recovery and rehabilitation across a busy acute hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality physiotherapy assessment and treatment to patients
- Deliver client-centred care aligned with professional standards and guidelines
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
- Participate in service development and quality improvement initiatives
- Support patient education and promote independence in rehabilitation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Recognised qualification in Physiotherapy
- Registration with CORU (or eligibility for registration)
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Previous hospital or clinical experience is desirable
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
Salary Scale: €45,063 – €64,424 (LSI applicable, based on experience)
Permanent Wholetime position
