What started out as a local need for healthcare professionals for a long standing family owned and operated nursing home quickly blossomed into AGS recruitment. Rushmore nursing home has been serving the Galway area for 30+ years and has always held the utmost professionalism and passion in delivering care to its clients. After successfully sourcing and staffing the family operated business we realized that the need for top quality healthcare staff was a universal need across the country and beyond. And thus, AGS recruitment was born.
