The Health Service Executive (HSE) is seeking an experienced eHealth Project Manager Analyst (Grade VII) to join its Dublin and South East region. This role involves managing digital health transformation projects and ensuring the effective delivery of ICT-enabled healthcare services. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the new HSE structure and delivering innovation in health technology.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, plan, and deliver ICT and eHealth projects within the Dublin and South East health region.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders to achieve project objectives and align with national eHealth strategies.
• Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and reporting in compliance with HSE governance standards.
• Support the implementation of digital transformation initiatives across hospitals and community services.
• Ensure system interoperability, data governance, and integration within HSE digital frameworks.
• Evaluate project outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement of digital health processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years’ proven project management experience in ICT or health technology environments.
• Understanding of the new HSE structure and regional service delivery.
• Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder public-sector environments.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent).
• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Commitment to achieving or maintaining professional certification within 18 months if not already held.
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
• Grade VII (0582) pay scale effective from 1 August 2025: €60,013 – €78,015 per annum including LSIs.
• Specified Purpose, Wholetime contract.
