Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and management within the surgical hub theatre setting

- Support and mentor nursing staff to maintain professional development
- Implement quality improvement initiatives and clinical governance practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Registered General Nurse with active registration on the NMBI register
- Significant post-registration experience in theatre nursing
- Demonstrated leadership and management experience in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and perioperative care
- Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills
- Commitment to continuous professional development and quality care
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
Salary Scale: €62,078 – €78,443 (incremental HSE pay scale, including LSI opportunities)
Employment Type: Permanent Wholetime
