Enable Ireland provides services to over 13,000 children and adults with disabilities and their families from 43 locations in 14 counties. Covering childhood to adulthood our expert teams work with the individual and their family on a plan for each life stage. Our services for children and their families cover all aspects of a child's physical, educational, and social development from early infancy through adolescence. For adults we offer a range of services covering personal development, independent living, supported employment, social and leisure activities. We are currently seeking highly-motivated 2 x Administration Assistants to join our team in Limerick.

To support the administration process within the Assessment of Need Office.

Contract Type: 1 x Part time 1 Year Fixed Term Contract, 1 x Full time 1 Year Fixed Term Contract

Contract Hours: Part time 17.5 Hours per week, Full time 35 Hours per week

Salary Scale: €28,377 to €45,992 pro rata per annum. Salary scales are subject to LSI’s (Long Service Increments).

Annual Leave Entitlement: 30 Days pro rata per annum

Requirements

The successful candidate will have

Essential Criteria:

  • A minimum of 2 years relevant reception/secretarial/administrative experience
  • A relevant secretarial/business or IT studies qualification.
  • Excellent IT skills, including extensive use of and proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
  • Experience of working with a database software system.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Must be eligible to work in the state

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience of working at reception/switchboard
  • Experience of working in a health care setting
  • Full clean drivers licence
