We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Administration Officer (Grade IV) to join our team in Enable Ireland Children’s Services based at Curraheen, Cork.

Contract Type: Full time, temporary (18 months)

Contract Hours: 35 hours per week

Salary Scale: €34,672 to €52,968 per annum. Salary scales are subject to LSI’s (Long Service Increments)

Annual Leave Entitlement: 30 days per annum

To provide administrative support to the Director of Services (DoS) Office, Children’s Services Manager (CSM) as relevant & Children’s Disability Network Managers (CDNM) in relation to supporting CDNT services across the region.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have

Essential Criteria:

  • Leaving certificate or equivalent standard of education
  • A minimum of 3 years relevant administrative experience
  • Excellent IT skills, including extensive use of and proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
  • Must be eligible to work in the State

Desirable Criteria:

  • Full clean drivers licence
  • Experience of working at reception
  • A relevant secretarial/business or IT studies qualification
  • Experience of working in a similar role in the healthcare/disability sector
