About the Role
HSE Dublin South & Wicklow is recruiting an Advanced Nurse Practitioner Candidate in Community and Primary Care for Older Persons Integrated Care. This permanent whole-time nursing opportunity is based at Glenside Road, Wicklow, and offers an experienced registered nurse the opportunity to progress within advanced nursing practice while contributing to integrated, person-centred care for older people.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the delivery and development of advanced nursing practice for older persons within integrated care services.
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care within community and primary care settings.
- Apply advanced clinical knowledge and professional judgement in the assessment and management of service users.
- Support clinical practice development and the continuous improvement of care pathways and service quality.
- Contribute to education, leadership, evidence-based practice and quality improvement relevant to the post.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and services to support coordinated care for older people.
Requirements

Salary & Benefits
€72,146 – €81,478 per annum (HSE Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Candidate (Community/Primary Care) grade 2276 scale, 6-point scale), based on the HSE Consolidated Salary Scales effective 1 June 2026.
