Requirements

  • A recognised healthcare qualification in the area of nursing or core multi-disciplinary profession.
  • Hold a qualification in a recognised management programme.
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience working in a large and highly regulated environment.
  • Demonstrate clinical experience with proven leadership and management qualities.
  • Experience in engaging and working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Have demonstrable track record of leading large teams.
  • A thorough and solid knowledge and understanding of HIQA Regulations.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience in Safeguarding.
  • Excellent financial management experience.
  • Full clean drivers licence and access to own vehicle.
