What will I be doing as a Braeburn Supervisor?
- Support the Braeburn Manager in driving sales and achieving sales targets.
- Supervise and support baristas in preparing and serving Braeburn coffee beverages.
- Motivate the team by challenging the staff to meet achievable goals through effective leadership and communication skills.
- Ensure that the store is operating in line with Braeburn standards, policies and procedures.
Requirements
An Applegreen Braeburn Supervisor would ideally:
- Have previous experience of 1-2 years in a similar role.
- Have a can-do attitude who has strong communication skills and enjoys interacting with customers.
- Ability to work well with colleagues, contributing to a positive team environment.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
