What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting people to live fulfilling and independent lives
- Promoting choice, inclusion, dignity, and rights in everyday life
- Assisting with personal care and daily living supports where required
- Encouraging participation in community activities and meaningful experiences
- Working closely with families, colleagues, and healthcare professionals
- Helping to create a safe, welcoming, and person-centred home environment
About the Service
Ard na Gréine is a residential service in Bray supporting adults with intellectual disabilities to live as independently as possible. You will become part of a supportive and experienced team committed to empowering people to live the life they choose.
Requirements
- QQI/FETAC Level 5 in Healthcare Support, Health Service Skills, or equivalent
- A full driving licence
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine commitment to person-centred supports
- A positive, flexible, and compassionate approach
