Details

Location: St Louise’s Centre, Dublin 20. Permanent, part-time contract (19.5 hours per week) (Twilight hours between 4:30 PM & 10:30 PM).

Salary: € 34,881 - € 48,434 * (lsi). *Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience and pro-rated for hours of work.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Minimum of Fully Completed FETAC/QQI level 5 in Healthcare qualification or (higher) equivalent comparable qualification.
  • Proficiency in the English language.
  • Experience of working with people with Intellectual Disability.
  • Full Irish Driving License.

Desirable:

  • Desire to support people to live their best lives and commitment to promoting the active engagement and participation of Service Users in their local communities.
  • Willingness to support persons to develop skills and competencies around identified areas of interest and learning.
  • Experience of working with people who have a diagnosis of Autism and Behaviours of Concern.
  • Applicants should possess Level 1 behavioural competencies of Avista competency framework.
