About the Role
Cheshire Ireland is seeking a Care Coordinator with a nursing background to join their team in Killarney, County Kerry. The role is permanent part-time, with 30 hours per week. The successful candidate will lead and manage frontline care support teams, ensuring high-quality clinical care to individuals with physical, sensory, and neurological disabilities. Requirements
- NMBI Registered
- 3 Years Experience
- Currently residing and hold eligibility to work in Ireland
- In possession of a nursing qualification and registered in the general division RNID, RND and RPN with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
- Line management or significant supervisory experience within the disability or broad personal social services field
- Microsoft Office proficiency and awareness of an Employee Management System and rostering
- Experience in the delivery of training to staff at all levels
- Evidence-based decision-making skills
- Driving license and willingness to drive for work
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good Standard of verbal and written English
- Personal integrity and trustworthiness
- Positive attitude
- Commitment to the principles of rights-based, person-centred services
