Clinical Nurse Manager 1 (CNM1) in Nenagh, County Tipperary, Ireland. Full-time, temporary position with Enable Ireland. Salary: €53,468–€63,401 per year. Closing date: 25 Sept 2026 3:00 PM.

Enable Ireland provides services to over 13,000 children and adults with disabilities and their families from 43 locations in 14 counties. The Clinical Nurse Manager 1 (CNM1) will join the team in Teach Saoirse, Children’s Residential Respite House, Nenagh, Co Tipperary. The role involves providing residential respite to families of children and young adults with disabilities in North Tipperary. The post holder will lead a dedicated staff team in delivering high-quality, person-centered care and support to the children and young adults with disabilities. The CNM1 will supervise the Nursing Staff and work closely with the RRM (PIC).

Contract Type: 1 Year Fixed Term Contract. Contract Hours: 37.5 Hours per week. Annual Leave Entitlement: 34 - 37 days pro rata per annum.

Requirements

Essential Criteria:

  • Registered Nurse (RNID/RGN/RCN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
  • Min 3 years post-qualification experience
  • Evidence of at least 1 year of management experience
  • Min 2 years’ experience of working within a HIQA regulated environment
  • Evidence of CPD
  • Possess a full clean driver's license and willingness to drive service vehicles
  • Annual registration with NMBI

Desirable Criteria:

  • Min 2 years’ experience of working with people with Disabilities
  • Management course commenced or completed
  • Experience in delivering training
