About the Role

We provide a wide range of services including Day, Residential and Respite supports to both children and adults in various locations across Dublin, Limerick and North Tipperary.

Requirements
- NMBI Registration (essential)
- Full clean manual Irish driving licence
- Proficiency in the English language
- In depth knowledge and experience of New Directions regulation
- Experience working within the area of intellectual Disability
- Intellectual Disability Nurse Registration (RNID) (desirable)
- Knowledge of person-centred planning and New Directions Standards for Day Services and Easitool (desirable)
- Previous experience of working with people who have behaviours of concern (desirable)
- Ability to adopt a holistic and person centred approach to your role
- Ensure people are supported to live their best lives and develop skills and competencies around identified areas of interest and learning
- Level 2 behavioural competencies of Avista competency framework
