About the Role
Avista is a person-centred, rights-based organisation dedicated to improving the lives of children and adults with intellectual disabilities. We provide a wide range of services including Day, Residential and Respite supports to both children and adults in various locations across Dublin, Limerick and North Tipperary.

Requirements
- NMBI Registration
- Recognised Management Qualification FETAC/QQI Level 6 or equivalent
- Full Clean Driving License
- At least 5 years of post-registration experience, 3 of which must be within disability services
- Previous experience at CNM1 level within the area of Intellectual Disability
- Proficiency in English
- Completed mandatory training
- Proven managerial, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Detailed knowledge of the HIQA standards / regulations and Health Act 2007
- Detailed knowledge of rostering and managing the rostering arrangements and leave planning for staff
- Detailed knowledge of the role of the Person in Charge and the ability to complete same
- Highly motivated individual with the ability to work on own initiative and the capacity to manage change

Tenure: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: €62,699–€79,227 per year
