Requirements
A full clean driving license, NMBI Registration or QQI Level 8 (desirable but Level 7 with relevant experience considered), CORU recognised Social Care Qualification, Recognised Management Qualification FETAC/QQI Level 6 or equivalent, 5 years post-registration experience in Nursing or Social Care (3 in Intellectual disability services), experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities, complex health needs, autism, and behaviours of concern, excellent leadership skills, managerial, organisational, and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with families and the wider MDT, detailed knowledge of HIQA standards/regulations and Health Act 2007, proficiency in the English language, Level 2 behavioural competencies of Avista competency framework.
