About the Role
Avista is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager 3 to lead community residential services in Limerick. Requirements
Essential:
- NMBI Registration
- Management Qualification – FETAC/QQI Level 6 or equivalent
- Full Clean Driving Licence for Manual Vehicles
Desirable:
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to work on own initiative
- Minimum of two years’ experience at CNM2 level in the area of intellectual disability
- Effective leadership, managerial skills, and capacity to manage change
- Proven people management, leadership, communications, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on projects as directed by the Service Manager
- Experience of working with Behaviours of Concern and complex care needs
- Experience supporting and mentoring staff teams in delivering high-quality services
- Detailed knowledge of HIQA standards/regulations and Health Act 2007
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies
- Possess Level 3 behavioral competencies of Avista competency framework
