Clinical Nurse Manager 3 Scheduled Care and Cancer Services

Sligo University Hospital provides high-quality healthcare to the people of Sligo, Leitrim, South Donegal and West Cavan. SUH provides Acute Inpatient, Outpatient, and Day Services as well as Regional Specialty Services in Ophthalmology and Ear, Nose and Throat Services. SUH has a Medical Academy with NUI Galway which includes clinical rotations/ education for medical students from NUI Galway on Sligo University Hospital Campus.

There is currently one whole time vacancy available in Sligo University Hospital to be filled on a Temporary basis. A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for West North West Health Region from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled.

Purpose of the Post:

• To provide professional / clinical leadership in the Scheduled Care and Cancer Services.
• To oversee the management of resources including staffing and staff development.
• To facilitate communication across the healthcare teams.
