We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Clinical Nurse Manager II to join our team in Dublin South East (CHO6). We have full-time opportunities within our teams in Sandymount and Leopardstown.

Contract Type: Permanent Post

Contract Hours: Full Time Post, 35 hours per week

Salary Scale: €58,245 – €69,260 pro rata per annum. Salary scales are subject to LSI’s (Long Service Increments). This pay scale is subject to increases in 2026 in accordance with the recent WRC agreement towards enhanced pay adjustments in Section 39 organisations.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

• A recognised validated University Degree or an equivalent qualification in Intellectual Disability/ General or Children’s Nursing.
• Registered in the relevant division of the Register of Nurses & Midwives maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland [NMBI] (Bord Altranais agus Cnaimhseachais na hEireann) or entitled to be so registered.
• At least 5 years post registration experience (or an aggregate of 5 years full-time post registration experience) of which 2 years must be in the area of children’s disability.
• The clinical, managerial and administrative capacity to properly discharge the functions of the role.
• Demonstrated evidence of continuous professional development.
• Eligible to work in the State.
• Experience working with children with disabilities and their families (desirable).
• Experience of interdisciplinary team working (desirable).
• Good knowledge of child protection and child development (desirable).
• Experience of working in a community based setting (desirable).
