Location: Limerick, Ireland

Permanent, Full-time

Salary: €62,699–€79,227 per year

This post is 50% acute based and 50% community based to work with the Integrated Cardiology Consultant (or specified other Cardiology Consultant until Integrated Cardiology Consultant is in post) in further development of integrated care services.

This post may be subject to restructuring in the future to facilitate the re-organisation of services in line with new clinical models of acute and community services.
