As Deputy Services Manager, you will work alongside the Person in Charge (PIC) to deliver high-quality, person-centred supports that promote choice, dignity, inclusion and active participation in community life.

Requirements
🌱 What We're Looking For
- Relevant Level 7 qualification (or higher) in Social Care, Health or a related field
- Leadership experience in disability, health or social care services
- Strong communication and people skills
- Knowledge of New Directions and safeguarding practices
- Full clean driving licence
