Working alongside the Person in Charge (PIC), you will support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services that empower people to achieve their goals, build independence, and actively participate in their communities.

- Social Care qualification and CORU registration/eligibility
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- A passion for person-centred practice
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Commitment to quality, safeguarding and inclusion
