About the Role
The Data Analyst, Grade VI will be responsible for collating a large volume of data across Disability Services to monitor multiple KPIs and targets e.g. HR, Activity and Finance. The fundamental part of this role will be to have an effective system to capture all data and reporting requirements, as requested, for the various HSE and departmental requests within timelines. The role requires timely and quality reports produced for ongoing activities in Disability Services to support assessment of our Key Performance Indicators.
The successful candidate will work closely and support the Regional Disability Lead, IHA Service Leads and General Managers in the ongoing development of advanced analytics. The focus is to provide high quality data management and analysis, ensuring management have confidence in the data provided. This quality focus helps to produce timely, accurate and fit-for-purpose data to support decision-making.
