About the Role
The purpose of this post is to provide senior nursing and midwifery leadership for the regional implementation and optimisation of eRostering across HSE Dublin and North East. The Assistant Director of Nursing (eRostering) will play a key role in transforming how the nursing and midwifery workforce is planned, deployed and supported, enabling safer staffing, more effective use of resources and improved workforce experience.
Working across services and professional disciplines, the post holder will lead clinical engagement, support consistent and effective adoption of eRostering, and ensure that the programme delivers measurable operational, workforce and patient-safety benefits aligned with regional and organisational priorities.
