About the Role
The Social Work Team Leader will promote the National Outcomes for Children and their Families, develop and manage the social work service within the CDNT, and support the CDNM in the development of the Children’s Disability Network Service. The role involves carrying a caseload, providing support to the most complex families, engaging in group work, and delivering training. The role also includes the responsibilities of a Mandated Person as outlined in the Child Care Act 2015.
