About the Role
Corlann (formerly Brothers of Charity Services Ireland) is recruiting for a permanent part-time Domestic role within John Paul Services in Galway city. The role supports adults with intellectual disabilities to achieve a full and valued life in their community, focusing on personalised supports, community inclusion, and ordinary life experiences.

- Contract type: Permanent, part-time (39 hours per fortnight)
- Salary: €35,433–€41,696 per year (pro rata)
- Annual leave: 22 days pro rata per annum (8.46 hours per 100 hours worked)
- Probation: 9 months

Requirements
- Fluent English
- Good general education
- Domestic, household, and food preparation/cooking skills
- Commitment to completing Food Hygiene/HACCP for Food Handlers training (or existing certificate)
- Appreciation of the needs of persons with an intellectual disability
- Full clean manual driving licence and use of own car (essential)
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
