Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop teams across Bakewell, Braeburn, Subway, and Burger King.
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance across all food concepts.
- Ensure the highest standards of food safety, quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
- Manage labour scheduling, stock control, ordering, and waste management.
- Monitor KPIs and implement actions to achieve business targets.
- Recruit, train, and support team members to create a positive and high-performing culture.
- Ensure all brand standards and company procedures are consistently maintained.
- Work closely with the Site Director, department managers and regional teams to deliver operational excellence.

- Previous management experience in a fast-paced food service, hospitality, or retail environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Experience managing multiple food concepts or departments is highly desirable.
