About the Role
HSE Mid West are hiring a General Manager for the Older Persons Service. The role is based in Limerick, with responsibilities extending to Clare and North Tipperary. This is a permanent, full-time position.
The General Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Older Persons Services within HSE Mid-West, with an initial assignment to the community Older Persons service. The role involves contributing to both the strategic development and operational implementation of the HSE Mid-West Community Health Organisation's annual service plan. The post holder will support line management in developing and executing policies and strategies in line with national objectives and ensure the effective use of available resources.
The post holder will report to the Head of Service or other nominated manager and will work collaboratively with General Managers, Acute Services, Heads of Service, Integrated Health Area Managers, and the Regional Executive Officer.
Requirements
Fluent English is required for this role.
