About the Role
St. Michael’s House is recruiting for the position of General Operative as part of the Maintenance Team in the Technical Services Department (Estates Directorate). The successful candidate will support the Grounds Foreman in completing assigned grounds/gardening work tasks and ensure works are completed and closed out appropriately. The role involves undertaking additional duties as requested by line management and maintaining a safe work environment.
Requirements

- 3 years working in a similar maintenance role
- Relevant health and safety training
- Valid “Safe Pass” card
- Clean driving license and own vehicle
