About the Role
The Central Remedial Clinic (CRC) is seeking a Head of Financial and Corporate Services to lead its financial strategy and strengthen corporate services. This role is part of the Senior Leadership Team and offers the chance to shape the organisation’s financial strategy, strengthen corporate services, and drive long-term sustainability at a time of significant transformation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring robust financial leadership, modernised systems, and strong corporate governance. The role involves shaping how the CRC plans, invests, and uses its resources to deliver better outcomes for the people and families it supports.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring financial and corporate strategies are aligned to service user outcomes
- Driving excellence and continuous improvement across financial management, corporate systems, and governance practices
- Promoting a culture of professionalism, inclusion, and transparency in all interactions and decision-making processes
- Ensuring responsible, effective, and sustainable management of financial, physical, and organisational resources
- Providing decisive and ethical leadership, making informed decisions and addressing challenges to strengthen organisational resilience and performance
- Building strong internal and external partnerships, enabling integrated working and supporting organisational and system-wide objectives
