About the Role
Aurivo is recruiting a Head of IT to lead its technology function from Sligo in a permanent, full-time hybrid role. This senior leadership opportunity will oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity and enterprise systems while driving the organisation’s digital transformation agenda, AI strategy and Microsoft Dynamics ERP programme.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of IT experience, including significant leadership responsibility.
- Proven experience delivering ERP transformation programmes.
- Experience working within manufacturing, operational or complex multi-site environments.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure, enterprise systems and technology operations.
- A third-level qualification in an IT or technology-related discipline.
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Strategic thinking combined with a strong focus on operational delivery.
- Demonstrated change management and programme delivery experience.
