Requirements
Traits: Caring, reliable, trustworthy, and deeply committed to excellent client care.
Education: Working toward or holding a QQI Level 5 (or equivalent) qualification in Healthcare Support.
Modules: Must have completed both Care Skills and Care of the Older Person modules.
Skills: Excellent communication skills (fluent written and spoken English).
Compliance: Ability to provide suitable professional/character references and complete the Garda Vetting process.
Note: Previous care experience is helpful but not required if modules are completed.
