Requirements
Direct Care: Deliver personal care and essential home support to clients in their homes.
Care Plans: Follow care plans tailored to each client's specific needs.
Promote Well-being: Actively promote independence, dignity, and well-being through respectful care.
Documentation: Maintain accurate daily care notes and promptly report any changes in a client's condition.
Compliance: Adhere strictly to infection prevention, control measures, and company policies.
Teamwork: Work collaboratively with field supervisors and the wider care team.
