About the Role

The purpose of this post is to provide Nursing and Midwifery leadership in the successful implementation, adoption and optimisation of Digital for Care programmes across the Mid West region.

The post holder will ensure that the Nursing and Midwifery workforce is enabled to effectively contribute to and benefit from integrated digital care records. The ADoN Digital Health will lead the deployment of digital enabling solutions including electronic rostering, Safer Staffing workload management and workforce management. The ADoN will work across all care settings and disciplines in the Region to ensure successful implementation, optimisation and benefits realisation of enabling solutions across all services in the region. The ADoN will have a regional impact on digital health delivery in all care settings.

Requirements

Candidate must have 7 years post registration nursing experience and 3 years nursing management experience at a minimum of Clinical Nurse Manager 2 (CNM2) in an acute setting.
