About the Role
Mid West Community Healthcare is seeking a Grade VIII Business Manager Human Resources (HSEMW26.172) to support the operational management of the Human Resources pillar/function. The role involves collaborating and advising managers on best practices in HR-related issues, participating in recruitment and retention initiatives, employee relations, workforce planning, performance achievement, and staff engagement. The HR Business Manager will support the General Manager and provide HR supports as assigned.
The HR Business Manager will work with the HR Senior Management Team to provide operational support and guidance on HR-related topics to the HR General Manager’s and their teams in the delivery of the organisational strategy in line with Sláintecare and the new Health Regions structure.
