🏡 Day Services Role Based Within a Residential Setting
💰 Salary Scale: €41,431 - €55,805 (Grade 6402) depending on qualifications and experience
This is a Day Services role operating 2 days per week from a residential setting, supporting adults with intellectual disabilities to achieve greater independence, develop new skills, access their community and live meaningful lives of their choosing. You'll work alongside a supportive team committed to delivering person-centred supports every day.
Requirements
✔ QQI Level 7 in Social Care (or equivalent validated by QQI) for the Grade 6402 scale
✔ Minimum Level 6 qualification in Social Care, Training, Education or a related discipline
✔ Experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities
✔ Strong communication, organisational and IT skills
✔ A creative, person-centred approach
✔ Full clean driving licence
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
