About the Role
The interRAI Care Needs Facilitator will act as an interRAI champion at a CHN/ICPOP team level. Their role will be multi-purpose in that they will act as the centre point for interRAI within the team and be a link to the CHO Educator. They will further undertake care needs assessments and care planning as required to both facilitate staff release for training and meet demand for assessments.
