About the Role
The interRAI Educator/Clinical Lead will provide an interRAI ‘Super User’ resource/service to multi-disciplinary clinicians and their managers within the CHO Community and Acute Services and assist in the effective implementation of CHO interRAI Implementation project plans.
The interRAI Educator/Clinical Lead will also support CHO Older Persons Social Care Service providers to incorporate interRAI into their service development and models of care according to agreed plans including clinical systems support to provide an interface between clinical service delivery and software delivery and to drive the clinical integrity of the system, including data integrity.
The interRAI Educator/Clinical Lead is responsible for ensuring a quality service is provided in their area of expertise and are involved in quality activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
