About the Role
St. Michael’s House provides a comprehensive range of services and supports to men, women, and children with disabilities and their families in over 200 locations in the greater Dublin Area. It supports c. 2,300 people and this has an impact on thousands of family members. As a Working Foreman, complete and/or assign various general maintenance works. Ensure reactive maintenance works are prioritised, completed, and closed out appropriately. To undertake additional duties as might reasonably be requested by line management (Estates Project Managers).
Requirements
Recognised Trade Qualification i.e. Carpentry, 5 years working in a similar property maintenance role and supervising a team, relevant health and safety training appropriate for the completion and management of maintenance works, hold a valid “Safe Pass” card, and hold a Clean Driving Licence and own Vehicle for use in carrying out their role is essential.
